Currently, Rigida France in Noyon is the driving innovation force within Rigida International. Its capacity for innovation in the world of rims and wheels is unequalled. Rigida has developed many features including safety line, carbide supersonic sidewalls for rims, internal dimpled spoke holes for wheels with big hubs, such as E bikes and the SAT (Star Assembling Technology). The latest innovation is the patented Tubeless System, introduced in this brochure . Rigida’s tubeless system is attractive in price and comes with a Tubeless Seal (rim tape for tubeless rims) that can be fitted after the wheel has been made. Rigida’s tubeless system offers all the benefits of tubeless, but in addition the (patented) advantage that in case the tubeless tyre is too heavily damaged to make on road repairs, a tube can be fitted very easily.
